I mentor people who are determined to go places and get significant results and I love mentoring people who want to excel.

As part of my mentoring program for clients, I coach them on how to use their subconscious mind for greatest effect.
My approach is holistic. For example; while mentoring in the area of a client’s choice, I teach people how to think in ways which are extremely beneficial and how to feel different. Effectively dealing with stress is a prime example. Another is overcoming subconscious blockages, many of which people are unaware.
In fact, I am so cheeky and effective that I will help you get more out of your mentoring even if you are being mentored by someone else already!

Not everyone knows what mentoring is, or what it involves; so here is some more information.
Definitions of mentoring, or mentorship, can vary. Simply speaking, mentoring involves personal development and empowerment assistance by the mentor (me), for the mentee in a field of their choice. Other, earlier terms for mentee have included: protégé (male), a protégée (female), or apprentice. Based on mutual respect and trust, a helpful relationship can develop.
A good definition, and my favorite, of mentoring is:
“Mentoring is a process for the informal transmission of knowledge, social capital, and the psychosocial support perceived by the recipient as relevant to work, career, or professional development; mentoring entails informal communication, usually face-to-face and during a sustained period of time, between a person who is perceived to have greater relevant knowledge, wisdom, or experience (the mentor) and a person who is perceived to have less (the protégé)” (^ a b Bozeman, B.; Feeney, M. As a result of my mentoring, clients progress in finding the right direction, and at times life purpose, and develop solutions to issues and problems. Mentees gain greater confidence, self-awareness and self-belief while taking greater responsibility for their lives.

When mentoring, I am person focused. Clients can experience a sense of partnership and even friendship, though the process can be more formal if required.
