Being client focused and bearing in mind that conventional, and Australian, office hours are not suitable for everyone, I am available 24 hours, 7 days a week, including public holidays, subject to prior appointment. The one exception is ANZAC Day, when I am unavailable.
Generally my hours of availability are from 6 am until 10 pm, however in cases of need I see people at night. Night appointments between 10 pm and 6 am attract a pricing premium over my normal rates.
My overseas clients appreciate being able to obtain my help at times convenient to them, which are not always during normal Australian business hours.
This does not mean people can contact me on the phone 24 hours. I usually turn off my phone when sleeping, or when I am otherwise unavailable.
From a long-term perspective; I love what I do, and will never retire. It does not seem like ‘work’.
